Yes. This business exists so you can take control of your website, not so I can hang onto you. Most business owners simply don't have the time or the in-house tech skills to manage a website properly, so these plans are here for as long as you need them, and not a day longer.

We start with a Website Health Check. Before anything else, I have a proper look through your site so I know exactly what I'm working with. Some sites are simple and follow WordPress standards, others have been left to their own devices for a few years and need a bit more digging. Either way, this is how we both know where we stand before you commit to a plan. You'll come away with a clear list of anything that needs attention, plan or no plan.

I can't promise nothing will ever go wrong (hackers are annoyingly creative), but I set your site up to prevent as much as possible. It's monitored, and if anything looks off, I'm the one who spots it, digs into what's happening, and talks to your hosting company on your behalf if needed. I can restore from a recent backup, and I'll walk you through it in plain English the whole way. You're not on your own with this.

Anything that fits: content updates, small design tweaks, minor technical fixes, training, or a strategy chat. It's your time, your choice. New features or bigger projects get their own quote first. And no, it doesn't roll over. If you don't use it, it resets each month.

I'll put a quote together and check in with you before doing any extra work. No surprise invoices, ever.

Think of plugins as apps for your website, small programs that add features. Premium ones are paid, but they're included in your plan at no extra cost while you're with me. Free plugins can be tempting, but if there's no business model behind them, they tend to get abandoned, and one day you find out the hard way that something's quietly stopped working. I choose plugins I know will still be supported next year, not just today.

I’ve no idea why you’d do that ? Seriously, there's no hard feelings. Any premium plugins I've paid for get swapped out for free equivalents, your site keeps working the same way for your customers, just with a few small differences behind the scenes. Everything I've been handling gets handed back to you, including all the technical emails.

My systems check, roughly every 10 minutes, that your website is actually visible to your customers. Sites usually go down because of a hosting hiccup or a missed payment (this happens more than you'd think). The moment an issue is flagged, I'm on it, finding out what's wrong and letting you know what's happening and when it'll be fixed, so you're not the one stuck troubleshooting.
